To move your account open https://social.opendesktop.org/auth/edit and use the “Move to a different account” section.

If you don’t want to move your account but want to export your data, you can do so at https://social.opendesktop.org/settings/export (documentation: https://docs.joinmastodon.org/user/moving/#export).
